The key to tackling Flintoff is not to be scared of him...remember... He is only Human.

Let him... We have handled much better batsman that him. Why worrying guys??

Be brave... We are a test playing nation.. we should not get scared of one or two players like this..

I didn't read the link provided but I am guessing that even if he plays, he will play as a specialist batsman, which isn't that bad. I would have been seriously worried if we had to face Flintoff's bowling, which would have caused some a lot of problems. Let him play as a batsman!

Usually our bowlers can't handle batsmen like Flintoff, Cairns, Ricardo Powell well.

in the link it said that flintoff is 75% fit for bowling rite now and he would probably only bat against bangladesh. but doesnt matter. probably fintoff is thinking that we still have the bowlers that he hit all his 6's. but unfortunately no. i think flintoff will be disheartened to see mashrafee.

I am not sure him playing would be a bright move. I get the feeling Flintoff is rushing himself a bit.

If he does play I would expect a bit of carnage though. If Flintoff plays well as a batsman he is pretty impossible to bowl to., he just always finds new ways of hitting boundaries.

Mortaza will be a threat in theory, but it has been proved time and time again that bowling in England is a different and can be hard to adjust to, especially seeing as Mortaza is inexperienced to an extent. I hope he does well as if he does he would probably make the series competitve, it would do England no good just to role you over in under 5 days in each test.

I agree, he really doesn't need to play against Bangladesh. He should ease himself back by playing county cricket and try to peak in time for the Ashes, for England's sake. I think Bell should play against us, England will be stupid to make him sit for longer when they know he is class and has been scoring runs consistently just to give that punk Pieterson a go.

I agree, too.

I guess Flintoff wants to break some test batting records, and this is why he is so keen to play against BD
