Ronaldo scores after just 5 minutes!

Brazil 1-0 Ghana!

I fear they may run away with this one.

Adriano fails to put away a golden opportunity.

And he recieves a yellow card, for diving, for his troubles.

Really should have passed off to Ronaldo.

What a chance missed by Adriano!! If he passed the ball to Ronaldo, then it would be a certain goal. Robinho needs to replace him ASAP.

The referee did a good job, he didn't fall for Adriano's dive.

Amoah had a decent chance there.

Ghana have had a few half chances in the last 5-10 minutes.

Really feeling for Ghana, they are playing so well but they lack quality striker. If brazil had these chances they would have been leading by 5-1

Adriano's goal was probably offside. I hope Brazil will score two more goals and silence the critics

Ghana is really playing well. Its a pity good team is leaving and cissy girly teams like Azzuri stays on.

In quaters I hope England or Ukraine makes a sphagetti out of them.

Ze Roberto Strikes!!

Ghana is already goner with one red card and 6 minutes to go and 3 goals to equalise Brazil.

Ghana's long range shots are coming like Qassam rockets on Israel

SS, try this: http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/w/bracket.html

usually, the winner of the morning game plays the winner of the afternoon game in the qtr finals. so brazil vs spain it is.

Ghana was undone by their lack of quality striker and experience...
Brazil, again, havent played thier potential best..but still coming on top...
i guess its all right...
this is not a beauty contest.. this is about winning matches... and brazil has managed to do that in every single occasion...
to me it looks like they are snoozing... waiting to see how thier opponents are playing and sinchronising thier game according to it...
Brazil needs to up their tempo ... the amount of chances Ghana got.. if it was a top quality side like Spain or Germany... Brazil could hv bn in bothering spot...

But..so far so good...

funny.. we here in australia would call that winner of late night vs winner of early morning..
the games are slotted at 1 and 5 in the morning..
