Mulla and Bhimrul should be dropped and mominul should be in ODI team
Listen Hathura Mulla's technique is too poor. No footwork and poor concentration. Bhimrul seems to lack basic common sense and disciple. A few innings here and there but no consistency. Both been around a long time and have poor averages and are not reliable. Could be changed with maybe sarkar or some other players who are reliable. By the way what you did with TanBir was a total disgrace and mashrafe using Sarkar to bowl at the death against Anderson, looks like he's totally lost his mind.

Mominul could be included in ODI tours in countries such as NZ where pitch helps seamers.

Mahmudullah is alright for ODI, but not batting at #4, he eeds to sent back to number batting positions 6-8. Kayes, needs to be booted out of LOI (ODI and T20) for good, plz. Nafees/Maruf at #4, or one of them opening is an option. And as for Sakar, for me he stays in LOI (both ODI and T20) for another full series and see where we at then. IMO!
These would be my sides in different formats for BD, squad of 15men:-
T20I:
Maruf
Sarkar
Sabbir
Nafees
Mushy
Shakib
Nasir
Mahmudullah (Finisher)
Mashrafe
Rubel
Mustafizur
Bench: Tamim, Mossadekk, Shahid, Mehedi hasan.
ODI:
Tamim
Maruf
Sarkar
Mushy
Shakib
Sabbir
Nasir
Mahmudullah (Finisher)
Mashrafe
Taskin
Fizz
Bench: Nafees, Mehedi Hasan, Mosadekh, Shahid.
Test:
Tamim
Kayes
Mominul
Litton
Shakib
Mushfiqur
Mossadekh
Mehdi Hasan Miraz
Shahid
Taskin
Mustafizur
Becnch: Nafees, Shuvasish, Taijul, Mahmudullah.

Yes, that was a while ago, in WC15 (some players can hit a purple patch all of sudden, which he did at 4). And what since the two tons in WC15, He has been 'poor' and mediocre overall in the last 18 ODI's no Tons, hardly bowls, that's 5 ODI series's of 3 matches each. Not good enough am afraid, considering many knocking on the door. Better suited batting down, as BD has weak lower order, he can add stability, bat with lower enders better plus has since last asia cup he has added some big shots in his game!

Well, OP has one valid point here - I also don't think Imrul is a better player in foreign conditions. He is good in home ground though.
Can we have Mosaddek paired with Tamim as opener in test?

Mosaddek doesn't have the technique or stroke play to open. Openers thrive on piercing the offside corridor, striking it through third man and the occasional lofted shots. Also need to be good against genuine pace and can see off swing and Mosaddek can't do that.

Test opening is a specialist job just like a wicket keeper. We cant make a makeshift opener out of Mosaddek because Kayes is having a bad tour. The test team is selected based on test performances and vs England on an extremely difficult track Imrul batted well. We cant have two sets of openers for home and overseas... dont think any other team does that. Imrul for tests should come good... he has the temperament

I definitely think mominul should b in the odi. Too many players in odis try to play nd force too many shots. We definitely need mominul in place of mosaddek ali

Even if Imrul is not delivering, we should go for specialist opener rather than make shift opener like Mosaddek. Pinak Ghosh can be a good choice for the future.
