I would take all the Bangladeshi's out. None of them deserve to be in the team more than the likes of Anwar, Ganguly, Dravid, Sangakkara, Attapattu, Yuvraj etc. And yes, I would definitely take Vaas instead of one of the pacers.

I agree with you 100%.

If Ashraful had scored another half century in this tournament, he could have strongly contended for a place, but not as it is. Pilot's chances are reasonable, but the claim is not strong enough. Sangakkara is in a much better position than Pilot.

Bangladesh still has a long way to go. Success is not that easy.

Further to my previous post :

If any Bangladeshi player could really claim a position, in addition to Ashraful, that would be Mohammad Rafique, possibly.

If Muralidaran is there - there is no question of rafique.
Ashraful needs a big score today to be considered.
Only other player from BD who got some chance is Mashud - not anybody else. I saw Sangakara wasting chances in this tournament against kenya - and also didn't do much on bat either except today.
