If we can limit Flintoff to say around 50 (which he will probably score in less than 20 deliveries) we have a remote chance to get close.

I think we could not even get that monster of ODI cricket out, last time around in three tries.

Surly he will do some damage against Bangladesh. Just can't assume how big of a damage he can do.

Some damage? thats an understatement. BD hopes end with Flintoff (5 sixes in 2 overs may be).....how many times we gonna see this.......

Yes! that would be. However, I think he is coming in earlier to bat when facing bd.

One strategy could be to change the bowling in every over to see if we can get him out.

Or, may be pressure him like test cricket with fielders all around him eventhough we would give away boundaries.

If you want to get rid of Flintoff, just keep the previous batsmen playing. Don't try to out them, just check the RR.Then he cannot make the DAMAGE. :P:P

Remember England have Pietersen as well.

You should just be positive. Flintoffs a big hitter and he is just as likely to get himself softly out than any other big hitting batsman.

Early in his innings you should put a mid off in place and get him driving, ge gets caught there a lot.

For Pietersen he is a big lbw candidate early on, you should bowl full and straight to him, but if he gets in, watch out he doesn't give it away until he is satisfied.

Remain positive!!

Yea but the bowler who does that will get banned and Bangladesh can't afford that, especially seeing as the only bowler fast enough to harm Flintoff with beamers is your best bowler - Mashrafee.

The Killer can be changed in few years and according to this thread even Damien Martin opened the innings for Aussies and got some runs and also came back form after that innings . So , don't worry the killer can be changed . Anyone can be killer for the minnows or all minnows can be a fighter . You never know .

You will find Nazmul in this series too . He is the best bowler for odi in bd but he didn't have that many wickets like Mashrafe but odi cricket is not all about the wickets it could be something else too . Eg : Gavin Larsen , Chris Harris.

That six was awsome! Probably one of the best six'es hit by a BD batsman.
