Ask Steven. Not sure anyone else can answer that.

10 or more wins in a row :

12 Australia 2000/01 - 2002/03

1 v SL 2000/1, 8 in the 2001/2 WC, 3 v Eng 2002/03 before being beaten by 8 runs (D/L) in the fourth matc.

11 Australia 1987/88 - 1992/93

2 in the 1987/88 WC, 3 v NZ 1988/89, 2 v Eng, 1989/90, 2 v Eng 1991, 2 v NZ 1992/93, defeated by NZ in the next match.

10 Australia 1986/87 - 1987/88

1 v I, 3 v NZ 1986/7, 6 in the 1987/8 WC (df by Pakistan in a league match. Australia beat Pakistan in the final). Australia thus won 21 out of 22 consecutive matches.

India had a sequence of 15 matches which went 7 wins-1 no result-7 wins -
2 in the 1997/8 wc, 4 v SL 1998/9, 7 win and 1 NR in 1999/0 WC, 1 v Eng

I wasn't specifically looking for it, but Bangladesh's current 8 in row is almost certainly the next best.

Great finding, tintin. If Bangladesh can win the next two in this series and win all the group matches in U-19 world cup that would break Australia's record of 12 consecutive wins. India's unbeaten record of 15 is very good.

I find India's 15 match unbeaten streak on their way to win the U/19 WC in 2000 most impressive. On that undecided match, they had Holland all out for 58, but rain had the final say. Matter of fact, India is currently runnig a nine match winning streak, 3v Aus in Sep 2005 (if they have not lost the 2nd ODI against Aussies, the streak would be 13 match long by now), and six (including the final) in Afro-Asia cup last month.
