2005 Alphabet Soup (http://banglacricket.com/html/article.php?item=410)
Probably the most enjoyable piece I've read during my stay here. Simply brilliant and just goes to show there's more to being a mod than bullying and thread-closing.

Thanks. Glad to see the letter C didn't put you off from reading the rest of it, what with your divided loyalties ;)

I enjoyed "C" as much as the next guy. Never forget it....3am on the edge of my seat commentating it to the crowd in the chatroom.
If anything were to put me off it was "T"

The bangla expression for T loosely maps to the adage "a bird in hand is worth two in the bush" or, to be more precise, "something is better than nothing". Literally it translates to, " 'tis better to have a blind uncle, than no uncle"

Good one, guys ... thanks a lot!
btw, Zunaid Kazi is also a fanatic supporter and promoter of the presence of Bangladesh on the web. He started what was basically our first portal on the net ... VirtualBangladesh.com way back in the nascent days of the internet. It's very natural (!!!) of him to have spent the time and effort to give this site to us :flag: cricket lovers. Thanks, man!

I prefered it without the pictures. Makes it cluttered and confusing.

Why would it offend you Mr. Q
Listen, you thihnk it will be too hard to profile each of u-19 players who are playing the WC.?
I think that will be great... we don't know much about them.
