I read before that Bangladesh has appointed a Psychologist for this series. After following the first One Day, I am confused about the result.
We know for sure, it did not help. But I am confused if it failed or backfired!
Seems to me, we have done worse than we normally do.

Too early to pass any judgement on. Traditionally, it takes a lot of time, commitment and patience.

I also read about it somewhere. But the report also mentioned him to be a 'local psychologist'. But since when does BD have inland 'sports-psychologist'? We may actually need a professional in this place.
However, the emotional matter of the BD squad is probably bit more complex than usual cricketers. I wrote down my observations in another thread (http://www.banglacricket.com/alochona/viewthread.php?tid=16070) today. But I guess no one had the patience to go through the long post.. since I got no reply in there. :)
I guess it will take some time to build up temperament among the team.. after that a shrink may be able to help them.

I think its not a Psychologist they need. What they need is a কাচা বাশের কুন্চি। তেল দিয়ে মালিশ করা হলে ভাল, তবে না হলেও ক্ষতি নেই
