I think 3:30 GMT is when the toss starts, that is the time CI live commentry will open too. But the actual game starts at 4:00GMT

that is still odd. as long as I can remember, game always used to start at 9:00AM local time. which is 3:00GMT.

There is heavy mist in Bogra. So thay have decided to start at 9:30 AM local time and also to reduce the duration of the lunch break and cut short each inning to 49 overs. Powers plays remain unaffected. Four bowlers can bowl 10 overs each with a 5th bowler taking up the remaining 9.

It is very humid too. So the ball will swing a lot earlier on. The captain winning the toss would want to field first.

Mashrafe and Rasel bowled pretty well in the first match. If they get to bowl first, they might cause some damage.
