Protest Willow tv's quality and customer service

I paid $49.95 to willow tv to watch the games w/o buffering. I was not able to watch the game more than 3-4 seconds at once. It was horrible. I sent a complaint to willow, and guess what? they did not even reply. Unless we all protest, they will keep on doing this. All of us should emali willow tv and let them know how disappointed we were. I've always bought packages from willow tv just to watch games w/o buffering. But what's the use if its same quality as a free stream? Unless willow tv improves their customer service and qulity, i'm not buying any package from them again. three big thumbs down to willow tv. :down::down::down:

You can send an email to them and say them to partially refund you cuz you couldn`t watch the game. Or, you can wait for the broadcast quality from Chittagong and then ask for partial refund.

I am definately gonna ask it. I literally couldn`t watch anything but still pictures, which also appeard after every 1 or 2 minitues.
