Hey... the stats are really confusing... I almost had a headace figuring out:(
BTW....the way I see it the stats doesn't tell the whole story of how much the team has improved......
Anyway....TNX for the stats.....

Bashar is holding the best stats among BD captains...no doubt. But if we compare with other test playing country's captains...how wud it looks life~..still bottomless basket?

Anyway it shows still we r imporving~~~~

This stat is fact but it allows us to draw the following conclusion...
Bashar has so many wins under his belt, thats true, but all the losses under chacha and mashud (if not going back to akram bulbul time) actually groomed our national side to maturity... result of which are those wins under him

Bashar is a good captain no doubt but these wins under him were long overdue.. and hadn't we had those wins.. our test status would have been stripped of and banglacricket(forum)would also have beed shut down by now

thats not a bad rate at all... so we are winning one out of every four games you can say.... hopefully though we gonna only get better and get this rate over 50 percent in couple of yrs....

No matter how much we criticize Bashar's captaincy... he does have an inspiring effect on the team with his decent behavior. But I would rather attribute these good rate of success to the Bashar-Dav combinaiton and not just Bashar. Dav deserves lot of credit as well.

Comparing apples vs oranges?

May be comparing with the test captains of 1st ten years of India, NZ, SL, WI, Pakistan, South Africa, Zim would give a better picture. Winning percentage wise I think Bashar would be much higher in the list. This is like comparing with oranges vs tangerines. Still not oranges vs oranges but close.
