It caught my eye that Mushfiqur Rahim uses an MRF bat which is used by the top batsmen in the world including Tendulkar, Lara and previously Steve Waugh. Most of our batsmen use no name bats or bats made by some unknown company. I think it shows the fight in him and the desire he has to become a world class batsman. What do you guys think?

well, does MRF makes bats? I think they are only the sponsor.

MRF stands for Madras Rubber Factories ... which makes tyres.

If this is the case, MRF will be delighted to get a free model. :D MRF is just a sponser company, NOT A BAT MANUFACTURER.

Today's Prothom Alo said MRF is really sponsoring Mushfiqur, Sakib, and Suhrawadi. They will be all provided bat and pad free for next one year.

and i'm pretty sure MRF would extend it at the end of the year, at least with Musfiq.
