I think BD wil lose badly. They will have a hang over from high intensity first test match and might even lose by an inning. I hope I am wrong, I really do but that's what I think. Bangladesh has never played too good test matches in a row and there's no reason for me to believe that they will this time. Last match was a real good opportunity to shock the world but i don't think we can do it again. What do you guys think?

Sorry

great logic.

I have to completely disagree with you on that. I am not saying bangladesh will have another good showing but, your comment about great logic is faulty. In fact, I think the opposite is true. I am no expert in probability but the chances of bangladesh doing something they have not done previously is actually higher from a probabilistic point of view. More so because we are an improving side.

Sorry

That was a sarcastic comment, my friend.

Aussies are well tired. Hopefully no Brett lee, No Warne and 4 bowlers in the attack we can make a go of things. Inshallah we score 300 runs, I do not think we will 400 plus again. Also I think this test will finish with in 4 days. I am hoping we can bowl them out we showed in the last test we can do it. Rafique has upper hand over them.

Inshallah a victory or morale boosting draw ?

Tiredness "my foot", last week when they thrash SA after 10 months of Cricket, no one complained (Same team and management). The moment Bangladesh give them some stick all these nonsense started, these are nothing but some lame excuse.
Bangladesh team are improving, and they would try their best to cause an upset, (in few years time these occassions would not be an upset.)
Go bangladesh

Non taken. Although the Ganguly thread didn't make many people happy as you admitt but I bet you were happy as those words were like music to your ears. You who have a logical sense to detect my inadequate reasoning were unable to detect the fact that was a form of mockery and that Bd couldn't generate a good cricketer and that we should take we others reject just because he speaks our language... that was an indirect insult. Anyways i will leave it at that, I had enough of that. You brought it up so I had to justify myself once more. I don't know i don't take c!$# from anyone when they insult my country.
As far as my reasoning goes well I guess we will find out. All I have to say is that you can't deny the REALITY and I hope you know what the reality is in this case. Bangladesh will have a chance as there is always a chance in terms probablity and that probability will go up if Lee doesn't play in addition to Warne who's shoulder is already injured.

well, it's your narrow-mindedness that led you to think that that thread was out of mockery; i think you need to relax. the thread wasn't opened by DJ, but rather by just another bangladeshi who did mention that it was all in fun. if you can't be a bit light-hearted, then that's your problem buddy. nobody's throwing any c!$# (or however you spell it) at you.

when i said your post lacked reasoning, i wasn't questioning your conclusion, but rather the way you reached it. you can't just say "Bangladesh will do bad because that's what they always do" and not end up with a bad rating, as this thread has fetched you.

Now that BD has proven what a pathetic team it is (with all due respect to Rajin & Rafique for their efforts), I have no hesitation to admit we will lose by an inning and 200 runs at least. Aussies have 6 specialist batsmen with capable nightwatchmen/tailenders like Lee & Gillespie to add enough salt in our wounds.... After watching how our 'STARS', especially Nafees, Bashar and Ashrafool throw their wickets away I can only pray for a miracle (which is never gonna happen), only bad weather can save us from grave humiliation.

AsifTheManRahman I hate to tell you that I told you so man. I knew this would happend. Even the best teams go through hang overs after an emotional win or loss... my main point was that if they go through it then we would definitely go through it. The fact that i said they will do bad had more to do it with the emotional hang over than BD's inability to play consistantly but even if one says what you thought I said can you say that person is wrong?

Well according to the BanglaCricket front page we've exceeded all expectations

BD: 197/10 (61.2 overs)
Aus: 32/10 (10 overs)
