Bangladesh's batting performance in last eight ODI series & lack of consistency

Everyone is concerned about Bangladesh's batting after todays performance. In last 30 matches Bangladesh have won 10 matches. I was wondering whether Bangladesh batting is inconsistent in this series or always. I made a graph showing Bangladesh's batting performance in last eight ODI series covering these 30 matches. Unfortunately I could not insert it here (can anyone help me???).

It seems current series is the worst series after New Zealand series back in November 2004 & Bangladesh batting was never consistent. Except rare occasions its always BD bowlers who won matches for us.

shuffling the lineup too much may be a reason. The ones we had good success our selectors stick with the same players even after one bad performance. Look at the SL series. otherwise this puts too much pressure.

If Ash was suppose to sit out then why not the 2nd and 3rd in if not the entire series? If Tushar was suppose to play then let him play the entire series. The only time I see the selectors applying this theory is when it comes to Alok.
