I think the solution to this problem is rotating the players during the series of matches in the neutral venues or during the series like Rahul Dravid and Sehwag can be captains for the matches in turns and following players can be rotated:

Captains:
1. Rahul Dravid.
2. Sehwag.

Wicket Keeper
1. Dhoni
2. Dinesh Kartik

Batsman
1. Sourav Gangully.
2. V.V.S. Laxman
3. Sachin Tendulkar.
4. Rahul Dravid.
5. Virendar Sehwag
6. Yuvraj Singh.
7. Mohammed Kaif
8. Suresh Raina
9. Venugopal Rao
10. Mongia
11. Goutam Gambir
12. Uthappa

Bowlers
1. Zaher Khan
2. Ashish Nehra
3. Ifran Pathan
4. Ajith Agarkar
5. Sreekanth
6. RP Singh
7. VR Singh
8. Munaaf Patel
9. Anil Kumble
10. Harbajan Singh
11. Ramesh Powar
12. Murali Karthik
13. Piyush Chawla

Well, there are lots of players with talent. The above list of players can be rotated from series to series and give adequate rest. For eg: Sehwag is complaining of burnout. He should be given rest and Sourav Gangully should be given chance. If Harbajan Singh needs rest Anil Kumble should be given another chance to play ODI. If Irfan Pathan wants rest then Zaheer Khan should be given chance. Laxman can be given another chance when Kaif needs rest. Likewise every player who is mentally or physically tired should be given break and should be replaced by another player.

Likewise every country should give opportunity to rest some of the players when they are tired and give other players who has capacity to play in the international level.
Lets take excample of Australian fast bowlers
1. Bret Lee
2. Jason Gillipsie
3. Doroy
4. Lewis
5. McGrath
6. Shaun Tait
7. Kasprowicz
8. Stuart Clark
9. Mithcell Johnson
10. Shane Watson

There are atleast 10 fast bowlers who could be play descent cricket. So if Bret Lee wanted rest he should give rest and another fast bowler should play instead of him. There is no point playing him until he get injured or as he said the petrol has finish.

I strongly believe all countries should start on rotation policy of rotating armong 25 players. Each country should give contract to 25 players and these players should be given chances adn should be rotated so that no player does get burn out or get injury because of restless playing
