ICC Slaps in the face or Pats on the back?

ICC (India?England?Australia? & Pakistan) was supposed to bolster cricketing in test playing nations. Seems like BD is not in their list now-a-days. The difference between the mighties and the minnows should be mainntained or increased is the new ICC motto. Alas!:mad: for BD as we fell in this trap for not performing well in time. The days of pats on your back are over guys. As soon as you show promise or potential you'll face those forces teaming up against you.

ICC Slaps in the face or Pats on the back?

I think its both. With the right hand its a Pat in the back, but a slap with the left hand. Unfortunately ICC is left handed, therefore its left hand is much firmer than its right hand.
