Browser/Media Player Help

WMP doesn't start when i open up a webpage that is supposed to show something, I cqn't even see flash players in my web browsers.

Try installing adobe flash player.

I am not a techi guy. So can some one provide me step by step solution.
I can not run anything in my web browser that have adobe flash player and Java content. I am now using FireFox. Previously I used IE6 and it worked fine. Once I updated IE6, i face the same problem as Miraz vai. That's why I switch to FF. Now I can not evn get back to IE6.
Pls let me know what to do and how I can reinstall IE6. I do not want to go through the whole windows setup if possible

Make sure you've setup WMP to play the types of files you want to open. Also set it as your default media player from 'Start' > 'Set Program Acess and Defaults'
