World Ratings-End of 2007

I thought it would be interesting to analyse what the world ratings we believe would be by the end of this year, given that all the records and ratings just got forgotten and we started a new rating system from now. Also imagine that all test playing nations play twenty five ODIS and fifteen tests. Now how are the rankings. Here's my view.

No I said 'say the ratings started again'. If the teams had no past records. Just judging on current form.
