i don't think paakistan team need good coach,what they need is a good administrator, a good selector and a good captain.talentwise there is no problem.
pakistan is the place where u can find the most talented cricketers in the world.

Pakistan does have a lot of talented players but as Sameer says, they do need to have a good selection comm, a good administrator and what not. It won't really matter if the coach is from Pakistan or otherwise. However, the experience and quality of coaching could make a difference between reaching the world cup super sixes and winning the world cup.
