Every country will be expecting an outstanding performance from their key player. These expectations are almost being kept by most of the players in all teams except India. Our little master (Sachin Tendulkar) scores 40 centuries in ODIs and also score more than 14 000 runs in ODIs. But, only two centuries are helpful to India and that is against Australia in Sharjah long years ago. In the past 16 years, little master with his performance, have not been able to lift a Trophy except this Sharjah cup. All other centuries and runs are helpful in increasing his career average. These types of masters are the main drawbacks of Indian cricket. Now see Australia, their former captain Steve Waugh, the most intelligent captain who was defeated only in one triangular series in his career as a captain. And this series defeat led to his way out of ODI team. Before that he had saved several times his team in crucial situation-especially in the world cup match against South Africa in 1999. But that type of consideration didn't help him. But in India, one good performance of our superstars make them playing for next one year. I don't know which way our cricket will go.
