England dominated the day, but at least West Indies picked up a few wickets at the end.

Chanderpaul was left out of this test, he has a problem in his knee.

Sarwan was hurt while fielding, and the latest report was that he was taken to the hospital!!

I don't know if he will bat in this test, but if he doesn't, then the West Indies will have a real tough time, losing both innings from Sarwan plus Chanderpaul being replaced too.

At this point, I'd say if West Indies can hang on for a draw, they should celebrate like it's a victory. But without Chanderpaul and maybe without Sarwan, it's going to be tough.

Rain is halting England's progress to a potentially huge victory.

England finally took WI to the dry cleaners.

They won by innings and 283 runs.

Thats West Indies' worst defeat yet! In almost 80 years of Test Cricket. Anybody know what our worst defeat was?..

Never mind. Got it: Innings and 310 runs! (Against WI in December 2002)
This last match against India was our 4th largest defeat...

Yeah, Sidebottom was great.

I'm not a fan of England at all, but I'll gladly cheer for Sidebottom when he takes on India in a few months.

After it was over, Ganga admitted that they played without any enthusiasm and it totally showed.

Their problem is that they simply didn't believe that they even had a chance.
No Lara, no Chanderpaul, no Sarwan, no chance!

Ganga hinted that Sarwan probably wouldn't play the 3rd test, but he said he was hoping Chanderpaul would be back.

Some of the other West Indies players will need to raise their level of play, or it will be another blowout.

Sarwan is out for the rest of the tour.

West Indies in even worse shape now. Either the rest of their players will need to step up, Brian Lara will come out of retirement, or West Indies will get swept.

I don't think Lara could come back... and I can't see the Windies avoiding defeat in the next matches as well, with an uneffective bowling side and an average batting one.

No, I was just kidding about that.
