The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) based in Lausanne, Switzerland, said on Monday that the challenge by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) did not come under its jurisdiction.... The CAS said in a statement that it had reached the conclusion "with some considerable regret."And these are the conclusions drawn by the PCB chairman Nasim Ashraf from this :

"The ruling by the CAS obviously shows that the procedure adopted by us was correct and justified,"We followed the rules and regulations and that is why we have won this case." (which in this case was that PCB's regulations did not include a reference to CAS) The important thing about this case was that players always said they took protein substances unknowingly and this decision exonerates themIs this what is called the leap of intuition ?
