July 5, 2007, 02:55 AM
He passionately used the Lankan example and called for more active support and time, as opposed to the ajaira negativism and hypocritical impatience.
He's got a much more generous attitude to it than I do, but that's a debate for a different thread.

At least with Bashar, there's precedent that suggests he can.

I think Ash and Mushfiq changed their mentality in their batting approach after lunch, as they probably see a chance to extend the match into day 4 if they play sensibly and don't throw away their wickets. I like this approach, but hopefully they can maintain their concentration throughout the innings.

I think Ash and Mushfiq changed their mentality in their batting approach after lunch, as they probably see a chance to extend the match into day 4 if they play sensibly and don't throw away their wickets. I like this approach, but hopefully they can maintain their concentration throughout the innings.
anyway we will lose the match.......i would better vote for their personal score rather than taking the match to the 4th day.....just play aggressive and score runs.

Don't you think that if they can help our team get into the 4th day that they would be adding more runs to their personal score? They would be scoring but also frustrating the SL bowlers as they are doing now by playing patiently.

i think bd batsmen are better in scoring runs than just knocking. If they just play defensive and doesn't score, might help us to go to the 4th day but i guess we won't achieve anything. I would be happy to see them score century today and than will make our score nearly 300 by today...just about more 100 runs in 47 over which is possible..........
But you could be right too.
