Why does allrounders like Ian Harvey, Shanee Lee and even Andrew Symonds not in the team in place of Shane Watson?

I understand that Australian selectors and team management regard Shane Watson as the most talented, but I want to know your opinion on this.

Well I would select Harvey before Watson but Watson performs very well at state level and is still bery young. It's just for the World Cup and future. Otherwise Harvey would be in there.
