Too bad none of our batsmen took advange of this 58m boundary, except HaBa top-edging those 6s.

Very few of our batsmen score in the V. Most scoring shots are on either side of wkt.

The ICC should make rules that no Australian umpires should adjudicate internation cricket matches.....they are cheats and greedy for money(Daryll Hairy), they are child molestas, they can create big disputes (against mulitharan) and also they make teriible mistakes.

But I dont blame em, after all thier ancestors were crooks.

One thing I cannot help mentioning is the noise our players specially WK make with a delusive defensive feeling of satisfaction that the batsman was enough troubled with a delivery. Before making a noise he needs to give a hard look to his own performance as a batsman. The amount of ball played with the bat by an opponent batsman should be excessive enough to keep his voice down and rather concentrate on keeping.

Good successful over by captain although way too late.

I've seen young Rubel Hossain (17) do it better than any other Bangladeshi bowler. Reverse swinging yorkers at 137kmph, excellent for a 17YO, were a joy to watch in the Dhaka V. Chittagong NCL matches.

I will definitely keep Enam all the way till the new ball is due. Ash can try a few more to see if he has one more trick up his sleeve ( leg spin is always good tests ) and ease back the pacers a few overs before the new ball is due. Tail is in sight and should go for the new ball, soon as it is due. Vettori is a pretty good player of spin..

Agreed. Sajid swings the new ball really well BTW.

Until and unless we start scoring a minimum of 250 runs in the first innings, we will not compete in tests. How can we get out for 130some is beyond any reasonable understanding.

One word: bauldami.

Hmm...almost everyone in the top and middle orders threw his wicket away yesterday. Junaid might argue that he got out to an unplayable delivery, but he was_playing_away_from his body, with the face of the bat angling towards the slips, as if to feed them. Bashar was not comfortable at all, and it was only a matter of time before he got out. Ashraful left a ball that was curving even before it pitched. Aftab looked completely out of sorts and got out trying to break the shackles and generate a big hit out of nowhere. Nafees went for a completely unnecessary sweep at a time when all he had to do was play out the overs up to lunch. Dude, you've got 5 days to improvise if someone's getting you uncomfortable. Why perform paglami at the brink of lunch?

Tamim is the only one who impressed, and I must say that he's improved his game by miles. MILES. He no longer goes fishing outside the off and looks tremendously in-form when he dispatches the bad ones. Too bad he had run out of partners - I'm sure he would have gone further with some support from the rest of the batters. He's also been awfully consistent in this series with scores of 100+, 60+, 40+ and 50+ so far.

Looks like Tamim and Ashraful are the only ones who can restore some respect in the upcoming innings. If they don't score, we don't score at all.
