Middle Order Batting Practice for 3rd ODI

I think our middle order batsmen should get more practice ahead of the Pakistan tour.Rakib still hasn't had a decent chance since the 2nd ODI against SA, and Farhad hasn't done much with the bat. I think for the next ODI, S. Nafees should be rested and the rest of the batting order should move up by one position. I don't think Nafees needs any more batting practice, whereas a fifty by Rakib with about 20 overs of batting will boost his confidence and give Siddons more to work with.
Reza needs a good knock too, and he should bat right after Rakib. His batting might come in handy during the next series sometime.
Resting Nafees would also let us play Shahadat, which I really wanna see.He should be picked for some of the games against Pakistan, along with Rasel. Mash still has sth to prove.
So here's my proposed batting order for 3rd ODI:

Aftab
Ash
Sakib
Rakibul
Farhad Reza
Dhiman
Mashrafee
Mahmudullah
Razzak
Shahadat

Dropping mahmudullah might make more sense but middle order really needs to bat , and I don't want SN to play in middle order, since it could ruin his game plan. Other option might be to just bat Ash After Rakib/Reza, but I'd like to see him make another big score. What do u all think?

I want Tamim to score a more fluent knock, and so want him in the side. Nazim has technique problems , so him scoring runs won't mean anything. Junaed is still figuring where his off-stump is, but he could still be tried in opening as a one down alternative for next series. Though I feel the current batting lineup ( in last ODI) is perfect, just needs practice.

Just to reiterrate, I want a big fifty from Rakib and maybe sakib, and fluent scoring by the rest in next ODI-singles are great. Just less dot balls.

Why would Siddons rest Nafees when he is doing so well? He needs his confidence back, after having a hard time in recent times. This is a guy who was cricketer of the year for 2006.

I believe this Ireland series is all about getting the rhythm back.
SN already made the full use of it.
Junaed is the only viable batsmen who is yet to get a knock.
Tamim should be allowed to carry on what he build the other day.

We seriously needs Shahadat to have a outing with the new ball.
Im sure the team management is not thinking of opening with Mashree and Reza on Pak tour.
That would be suicidal.

Ok, some may have misunderstood...the reason I wanted to rest Nafees is that if he plays, he's going to play another big innings and the middle order won't get any batting practice. Our middle order , namely rakib and sakib need good knocks. Nafees was already showin glimpses of form against SA so I don't think he needs to play this last match. By resting him and pushing everyone else up the order, we could pretend Bd are 1/0 before the first ball and see if they can cope. It's not like Nafees and Tamim are both gonna last longer than 7-8 overs every match against Pakistan.Also, I'm still doubtful about Mash's form so we should test Shahadat.Who knows, he might turn out getting 4/10 or sth. we just need to see if he can maintain his line and length in ODIs while still bowling to get wickets.mash only tries to bowl line & length anyways.

id say keep the nafees-tamim combo going, big series coming up so i feel there shouldnt be any need to change openers again, just keep the consistancy and momentum up for the pak games.

Ideally keep the same line up but if changes are to be made, bring shahadat in for riyad, would be interesting to see bdesh playing with 3 seamers and 2 spinners in home conditions after long time. reza in the middle overs will have to play the role as the holding bowler and MUST bowl to hit the top of off stump as he not attacking type, he can get away with his way-ward length against ireland but not against pak..
