that was hilarious!

That might as well have been Mohammad Ashraful.

S Rajesh actually wrote a piece on the worst #11's in the world and Martin apparently holds quite a few "best of the worst" records. Sadly for Rajesh, there wasn't any Bangladeshi in that list.

I just checked his batting stats. I can bet if even any of you try you cannot do worse. What a talent!!!! Probably he is the only living player having at least 20 ODIs and tests under his name and yet averages below 4!!!

This what CI wrote about his batting in his profile...

Martin is likely to be remembered more for his clueless batting: he has 23 ducks and did not make a double-figure score until his 36th Test, against Bangladesh, although he did once manage 25 for his former province, Canterbury, sharing a stand of 75 with Chris Harris. His inability to improve his batting has cost Martin the chance to play more ODIs, although he was chosen in the Twenty20 World Championship squad for September 2007 as the coach John Bracewell believed "it is unlikely that his batting will be exposed in Twenty20 cricket".

Check the bags of Bangladeshi players. Along with bottles of alcohol, this dvd can also be found.

Chris Martin doesnt have his drivers license and rides his bicycle everywhere, legend has it that it was too awkward to bring batting gear to practise so only bowled. In that innings against Bangladesh if I remember correctly involved and cover driver for four, brilliance lol
