For a while I thought he would easily do it and reach 200. He got out on what, the 43rd over? what an amazing innings though! he was due big time after the dissapointing test series( by his standards).

The Aussies should have posted 370-400 but the last 35 balls saw 34 for 5. Zimbabwe lower middle order still worries me for Bangladesh.

DAMMIT!!! I'M SUCH A BAD LUCK OMEN :mad: Like when South Africa were 4-55 or whatever and I came on and they got to 400...not to mention when I sent Bashar's goal as 109 so he got out for 108 suprise suprise. I had to listen to Hayden's 380 on a cricket store radio. Today I was playing c2004 and just watching bits and pieces. So when I saw him on 172 i decided to sit down and not miss another world record...AND HE GETS OUT!!!

It's streak and taibu that worries me. even if we can get their top order those two are quite capable of rebuilding the innings and provide some late fireworks in the last ten overs. I will make sure rafique has enough overs left towards the end in case such a situation arise and I am sure it will.
I think we will surpirse the world this time. I still belive the eng series was at the end of too much cricket being played throughout the year and it caught up to us int he end. This break was much deserved and will serve us good. I am already looking towards the west indies series as I can't wait to visit our team to take on the carribeans...sun, water, cricket and red stripe !!!!

it could look like

but then again if the quicks get them with the new ball there is a good chance it will look like
