Ashraful might be thinking....i got kicked out of the team and recalled again.

I didnt contribute with the bat nor ball and still I am apart of the winning team.

One observation is that Ashraful has always been there in most of our major victories whether he contributes or not.

he contributed!he did matobbori in the field by always interfering with what mash was telling the bowlers!

u believe it or not...but Ash seems like a lucky charm for Bangladesh...no matter how he plays, keeping him in the team gives a tiny little chance of winning 1 match in every 25 matches ! :D

And the countdown goes on. Mods need to check has the thread count on Ash reached to a level when we can submit it to Guiness book of records.

Perhaps his "mattobbori" helped.

Ash has contributed to almost every win against the big teams with the bat. His presence in the side gives you a sense of hope.

funny thread. He shouldn't be allowed near bd team. His bowling over nearly costed us the match.

Yes, it was good thing that he put his 2 cent in. I am glad he did. 163 matches. I mean it's Ashraful, but still he must have learned something, or know 1 or 2 things. As a new captain it could be very difficult for Mash and he could so easily get lost.

And when Mash got hit for 2 4s in a row, (one lucky and one good shot) he came and talked to him. And that was soo needed. Because still 2/3 balls left, and the game could have been done in that over.

Having watched the highlights, Ashraful's contribution really doesnt seem like anything great to me. A few of his shots were hopelessly lucky, skying the ball here and there. Only two of his proper shots seemed to be well played. Secondly he faced 28 balls for those 14 runs? That must've meant quite a few dots. Just how confident is he exactly?

Can we please change the thread title to:

Ashraful: The crappiest of them all

Because that is appropriate the way he play now a days.

Ashraful = Boss of Bangladesh cricket. Without Ash, Bangladesh can never win a game against g8.
