he is pessimist and instilled a loosing mentality so severe that even the associates can beat us....while all the other teams are improving under their coaches...siddons has gradually destroyed this team...he made a lot of money doing that? do we need to pay a guy 20,000 us dollar a month to lose against ....he shouldn't be anywhere near the team
