What a great initiative. Hats off to Rajshahi cricketers and Khaled Masud Pailot :notworthy:

Wish every divisional team becomes motivated to win like Rajshahi team and every team finds a leader/mentor like Khaled Masud Pailot. It can just take our cricket forward.

about the Cricket academy, this is what we should have at every major districts in Bangladesh, not only the 7 divisional headquarters. major districts like Bogura, Mymensingh, Comilla, Jessore, Kushtia, Jamalpur, Faridpur also should have cricket academies with good facilities.

spot on..they should have facilities all over the country so everyone can get equal opportunity to play competitive cricket..just focusing on divisional headquarters is not gonna be produce enough players..we have a lot of people in BD so we have to take advantage of that..

Who was Clemons? Was it our Pilot's grand-father's name? It is an outstanding effort and initiative and probably the largest honest sincere and heart-felt contribution to the progress and growth of Bangladesh cricket by any single person, a big salute to Pilot!!!

Great effort, but Akij earns enough to give them all the modern facilities.

Has to be in Khulna divisional city. Mongla port can start the economy growing back to her haydays.

Honestly, I would love to see Pilot as the head of BCB one day. I know its not going to happen in Bangladesh but he seems to be one of the very few persons who could turn around our cricket.

Whenever BCB gets decentralised, Khaled Mashud should definitely be the CEO of Rajshahi Divisonal Board. And one day hopefully CEO of BCB, even if it is in 15 years' time. If he needs more academic knowledge, so be it. Let BCB and himself jointly fund it. But he could really be the one to take our cricket infrastructure towards the levels in India and Australia.

I was actually aware of his activites or a long time..though not the extent of it. He was definitely responsible for Kayes, Junaed and Jahurul's rise.
