Salauddin should be taken as Spin bowling and assistant coach to JS.
KMS.. go to Abahani and take the heat of a full coach.

Don't care... he should be made permanent manager.

But he does not want to be a manager. He wants to coach.

It would be the best scenario for him to be with the team under all these experienced coaches, learn and gain some experience. But after all these drama, he should leave now. It may create unnecessary tension in the team in future.

Shujon has a good cricketing brain and he is a good motivator. But Shujon has always been a over-rated character in our cricket.

I know I'm in the minority here but in my opinion, chacha should leave now and should only come back when Siddons leaves.

I don't think there is anything to learn from the new coaches if he doesn't get the respect that he deserves. As Baundule bhai mentioned in another thread, only the players of the Bangladesh cricket team know who did what for them.

No one should be forced to work in an environment where working means losing self respect!

He should quit. He will never get credits for his works under Siddons.

Siddons jevabhe kotha bole mone hoi shei onek kisutei specialist. he himself lacks the quality of a head coach. BD team er pore amar mone hoi na keo take head coach hishebe hire korbe!

He should leave.

BCB have thrown him in the national team coaching staff under prepared. If they really want him to prosper as a coach, they should send him overseas in different coaches training programs before bringing him back in the national team.

Currently, he does not have skill set to be a coach (I totally support Siddons on the issue). If BCB want to keep using him as a motivator, and a bridge between foreign coaches and the players, they should make him the team manager, not a coach.

However, Sujon seems to be more interested in immediate financial gain than in learning opportunities as a coach. In this situation, I don't see how can anyone help him develop further.

There is no use blaming siddons now he did motivate the players its the players who need to be consistent in their forms and also selectors play a role in selecting players for the national squad coach is not allowed to select players they can only recommend who is fit to play the rest of the decision is upto selectors

He should not work as long as Siddons is there. He will not get any credit for his work.

We bangalees have inflated ego. He was a mediocre player in a subpar team. He should be counting his lucky stars that he had a job! If he wants go and lead a para team then let him. He will soon be forgotten. On the other hand, he can stay and put his stamps by working hard and motivating a young primising team. One does not have to be a good player to be good coach. Just needs to have good vision, understanding of the game and leadership skills. These he may have.

Couldn't agree more Eshen bhai :)

As much as I do like Sujon, he seems rather a motivator, not an assistant coach.
