Beautiful story, but these guys are still in turbulent waters and they have to work as one unit to keep the ship on course.
Seems that the mighty storm which threatened to sink their ship has abated, but determination, self love, pride and a hunger for success will allow this ship to sail on calm waters in the future with a few storms.

Very well stated, specially on the unity issue and the team spirit. The team still lacks in unity and spirit wih a dividing mind specially on captaincy and some other issues, that is why in the last paragraph I used 'the flotila' instead of 'the ship'.

Hopefully, everything will be resolved, they will be well groomed and trained, and cut through all the storms to the dream land.

great metaphors! this might qualify for front-page material if you can broaden the story, IMO :)
