Just putting a little perspective on proceedings. I'm posting this at 162/5. Even if we win, this has been a ludicrous batting display. Pitch isn't exactly batsmen-friendly, but England's bowling has been shite with the dew!! A decent batting side would have had this game wrapped up by now. Can't believe people pay money to watch this team play.

This win will be one-off. We'll be taught a Windies-style lesson again and again, I can gaurantee.

Yeah they choked under pressure. No big deal, lot of teams do that including SA. In the end they won, that's all that matters.

Middle order needs to be better than this though, but that's all after the world cup.

Yes, we all won today. Learn to live for the moment and in the moment when it comes.

Everything else , all other analysis is meaningless. There are NO losses, just days when the team does not win. That is the spirit that makes a people strong...not physically, but mentally. I am proud of the fact that the team won today.

I was going to open a thread with the same title, but because I thought even they lost the game they still fought like tigers. The way M-ullah and Shaft batted gave us courage and confidence for the next games.
