Well, no - I'm not an India supporter, but Sachin is beyond support and fandom. He is a specimen, to be admired and appreciated. And it'd be mammoth pressure on the kid to even bring up any comparison, but little Arjun is starting to show symptoms of his cricketing DNA.

I've noticed the son never achieves the fame and 'awesomeness' the father had. All the best!

How ironic would it be if Sachin Tendulkar's son grows up with Wasim Akram as his idol :P ?

wont be surprised if he turns out to be a mediocre player... son of great players rarely become greats themselves. But wont be surprised if he gets a place in team just because of his last name ( see gavaskar)

Offtopic: Another Tendulkar Jr. i mean, Sachin's daughter is very cute and beautiful. Wont be surprised if she decides to join 'Bollywood' ! :)
