Who do you think is best as captain of any cricket team ?

I am not only talking about our cricket team, but considering our team in mind.

Other: the 12th man. An idle brain is a devil's workshop. The 12th man's brain is idle as he is not in the playing eleven. He can generate all devil ideas to get the opposition on the mat.
