He is just 5 wickets away from reaching another landmark (1000 runs and 100 wickets in test) ... if those catches were taken properly he would have achieved it during this series :(

This is the problem Rafique and Mash faced in the past.

Mash lost so many wickets in the slip position. BD never had a good slip fielder before Junaid came in.

Shakib and Razzak lost many wickets with Mushy behind the wicket. He is worse when keeping against spin bowling.

We need to develop some slip fielders and bring in Dhiman as keeper. Ta na hole erokom choltei thakbe.

Sometimes I find it hard to believe, we've produced only one great cricketer in our history and yet he's so good he's fast approaching all time great echelon

He is only the 3rd player in the history of test cricket to score 140+ and take 6 wickets in an innings, if he could have scored 150 then he would've been the 1st player ever to do so. (Source: CI (http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/content/records/282793.html))

Sometimes I find it hard to believe, we've produced only one great cricketer in our history and yet he's so good he's fast approaching all time great echelon

Exactly. He is just becoming too good. I wish if we could take 10% of his power and divide among the 10 players. Even an 1% increase would produce amazing change for the rest.

well every match seem to be an opportunity for Sakib to make a new record or reach to a milestone, I wish I could say the same for one more player of the team.

Only 2 other Left hander apart from Shakib has achieved that feat. Both of them are legends of cricket.

Actually Garlfield Sobers also bowled Spin

ops my bad..

This could have been shakib's 3rd 100 and 5fer in a match...only ian botham has more then 2

He fell 4 runs short of a 100 vs SL in 2008 and also vs WI in 2009 after taking 5 wickets in the 1st innings...This happened when shakib used to get stranded on 96
