The Beloved BPL

A long wait with hyper, doubt and illusion
If not then what, or no solution
In premonition life goes on, time moves
Will it be there for real or our dreams are on the hooks?

A long feathering wait, in style and beaconing grandeur
The moment came to our hearts and dreams as a saviour
Starving psyche, connotative nostalgia dwindle to decay
For us, for our glory and pride it is sure to stay.

Ruthless frowning time whispers everything moves fast
Now I see aghast how many games have passed?
It came with wonder, it goes away with joy and sadness
But I cry give me those time back, surely with pride and gladness!

I want to see a good game.

The simple equation for Chittagong Kings to qualify.

In Sylhet vs Khulna

If for example Khulna bat first and score 120 and Sylhet gets to the target before 15.3 overs Khulna will have NRR of 0.07 which is <<< 0.078 of Chittagong Kings.

Basically whatever Khulna scores batting first Sylhet will have to get them before 15.3 overs

If Nasir doesnt perform in this game then it means that he is no different from players like Naeem and Mullah. And we compare him with Shakib. He hasnt had ANY good innings so far and his strike rate is about 100-110 which is total crap.

If he is to be the hero we think he is, why hasnt he been good when the team is under pressure. A real hero is he who comes good when the situation isnt the greatest but yet they seize the oppurtunity and play their hearts out. U might talk about Nasir' century against Pakistan, which he scored when the team was already out match..

They really need to peak up and get the momentum going before the Semifinal.
A loss today and come tomorrow, they might get caught off guard.

But even as a CTG fan, i feel that they dont deserve QF at all especially after how they lost the matched. And the way jamshed and Taylor where playing I dont think they had any determination to win.

Have you ever been a fast bowler. It happens. Things are not as easy bowling a dart bowl. We should not judge and give up on every fast bowlers in the world for their woeful performance. No wonder we dont have enough fast bowlers because we fan dont give them a chance. We treat them like gorer chakor chele.
Go to a after cricket party and you will find celebrities and fan all over the batsmen but no one near the fast bowlers. You will find them sitting in one corner. (Trust me)

Dont give up on your fast bowlers. Once a man become a captain of his cricket team and he seeked advice from a his idol asked how he could become good captain. One of the thing he was told is to "Look after his fast bowlers".

20 year old Stuart Broad @ 2007 : Yuvi hit him 6 sixes in an over. Did he give up. Look where he is now.

Int. Players who were rejected from IPL are proving their worth in BPL . Ar amader deshi players ra thikmoto sujog o paiteche na nijeder tournament a . Bideshi rai batting open kore abar bideshi rai maximum balling kore !! Disappointing !!!!
exactly bro, kintu prob hochchey, it's the win that maters, tai team management/coach/owner are backing the foreign players as they are really good.
We fans would love to see local or national players get more chances but for the team management or team owner the priority is THE CUP.
That's where I regret for Tamim as he is the only player who opens.(includes Nazim but he also didn't get engh chances)

so some elite from ctg making some 'dine dupure pukur churi'

Looks like that way.

TBH I have heard of "Head to Head" between 2 teams. In that case BB qualifies but they had to find a 4/5 team Head to Head" to get "The Shutki Boys" through

trusting pont nazim was sick or something for some matches...super star tamim obviously had issues with the team, jones, i dont thgink he gets along well with sujon aswell, and may be even with the owner (not turning up for some of the launching stuff) - dont know whether the official version on he is sick and injured can be trusted.....conspiracy theory is that he didnt play the first match in ctg because he asked to come in at no 3, he got his way in the next game with jones being kicked out....again according to the conspiracy theorist refusing to play isnt something new for tamim, he allegedly faked any injury in t20 match with pak or wi........but no matter what, tamim is the best batter in the country and he should play every game

Can someone tell me what is the rule in IPL to separate two teams that are on equal points?

This is how it works in the IPL

21.8.3 Where Teams have an equal number of points their relative positions shall be determined by the following:
the Team with the most wins in Matches in the League during the Season will be placed in the higher position;
if there are Teams with equal points and equal wins during the Season, then in such case the Team with the higher net run rate (as calculated in Rule 21.10 of the Match Playing Conditions) will be placed in the higher position;
if following the net run rate calculation above there are Teams which are still equal, then the Team with the higher number of wickets taken per balls bowled in the Matches played that Season in which results were achieved will be placed in the higher position;
if still equal at the end of the regular Season then the Team position will be determined by drawing lots.

srsly? That crap...at least it could then come down to no. of 6s scored and if still not, then 4s

A lottery is as bad as introducing a new rule into the tournament which is at its business end

Smith out holey valo chilo.

There was no plan

His performance is as worse as that of Taylor, which cost Chittagong the match

SMith needs to take some risks if he needs to,cause 41 from 49 looks really not good.
besides there are still lot of batting left, Nasir & Milon to come

23 dot balls from SMith :smh:
