I'd make 2 teams or no team at all. There is no point in making an XI if it has no one to compete against. I hate that BS "Cricinfo XI" thing they do every now and then.

If anything next year, they should have a

Local XI vs International XI - we'll get crushed, but it'll be fun.

Make it a charity match - donate ALL the proceeds to some cricketing body locally that lacks funds(not Dhaka or Chittagong!)

One Zone v Zone, one Allstar v Champs and one local v international as a warm-up series. So many new ideas here. But they wont do it until IPL does it.
