Bangladesh have the opportunity to show their surprise win was no fluke when they take on Zimbabwe in Friday's fourth one-day international in Harare.
For the first time ever, the Tigers took a 1-0 series lead after claiming the third match by eight runs - their first international win in five years.
"The tension in the dressing room was almost unbearable, but we managed it," said Bangladesh captain Habibul Bashar.
He added: "We got back the faith that we can win matches."
Zimbabwe will need to score more quickly on the generally slow pitches of the Harare Sports Club to avoid a similar loss.
But they will be boosted by the fact they could have secured victory on Wednesday had two wickets not fallen in the final over.
