Well, looks like chacha will stay (unless he retires) and Alok should be benched for a whhole series. He needs to get his form back. Based on todays match, half the team needs to be benched (same could be said about the Zimb middle order).

Sumon will continue, don't know why Mushfiq didn't get to bowl his full quota or Ashraful was sent at number 3 (prolly to accelerate the rr). Sumon should have been at three and Rajin duly at 4. Rajin was doing an ok job up until Rana got out.

Rana, Hannan, and specially chacha had a great game. Tareq did his part. We just needed one other batsmen to click and another bowler to take a couple more wickets.

The main reason we lost was Heath Streak. Atleast we know now that we are equal to Zimbabwe and if chacha gets lucky, he can destroy the zimbabwe batting on his day.

i wonder whether it would have been more sensible to discipline rafique after the match. these off-the-cuff decisions are made in the heat of the moment. maybe the incident should have been deferred to the BCB after the series. but of course, i wasn't there, so i cannot judge.
