Its their internal decision.
True that.

But, at the same time, a discussion may not be unnecessary. Given the fact that many people there speaks languages other than Urdu, I would question why the decision is, specially given there track record.

Keep in mind, if this was India forcing Hindi, there would be a huge outcry.

Don't mean to start a fight but does that look like smelling to you? Biting on the ball does not equal smelling it

Language discrimination is in the artery & vain of Urdu speaking ruller class of Pakistan. Pastu & Punjavi were allways been downgraded as low class of ethnical group there, and they cant change it unless they feel distinct about it by themselves like Bangalis. In recent times some PPP leaders bringing this issue on headlines and using it as political devide to gain confidence from non-Urdu spakers. This is certainly a sensetive for some caring ppl and thread like this is just show off to scale up these discriminations. btw Saj Sadiq is an A$$, a futile yellow journalist. A disgraceful character in a wonderful forum.

Urdu and urdu alone is the language of pakistAn. Im a punjabi/pathan and I have no problem with that. Urdu is the only language whos speakers are 100% muslim. It is spoken and understood by more than 90% of pakistan. Therefore it makes sense that it is the national language of pakistan.
The issue with using only urdu In the dressing room is petty. It was raised over a year ago by ijazz butt and he was/is an a$$. Im sure zaka ashraf has dealt with the "situation".
just wanted to add you refered to the ruling class as urdu speaking. It shows your ignorance. The establishment and the military are dominated by punjabis whos mother tongue is punjabi
