Update: BCB needs to approve IGC's desire to broadcast or webcast anything. But before they do, a Director from the IGC Board tight with Neo and ESPN will get a head start and the authorities permitting, express the Group's desire to webcast Bangladesh U19 matches not on the air.

The Ispahani Group's up for it by it's up to BCB at this pint before they can approach ESPN, the one's with the broadcast rights, to buy streaming rights to webcast the BD matches not scheduled to be on TV.

I don't understand why do they need approval of BCB ? Neither BCB has bought the broadcasting rights of WC from ESPN nor ESPN is a media partner of BCB. If they (Ispahani) want to webcast the games they just need to buy rights from ESPN ! Moreover, Ispahani is not selling the rights to any tv stations too. So, why is BCB a factor here ? I don't get it.
