Going by which stat you look at the answer is Jayasuriya, Adams or even Mohd Rafique!

Looking at that stats table, Rafiq appears to be the best spinner of them all. Given the fact that Rafiq bears a huge responsibility of being the premier bowler in the team, his accomplishment is greater than what the wicket tally shows.

& how about taking 39 in only 9 tests, or, having the best averages? None of the other SLAs compared here come close.

This is a real good stat, we always see critics talk about the bad side of BD cricket, nobody talks about the positives, not even BD newspapers. thanks Habibul fan for the stat.
