A player with great skill and more importantly tremendous self belief. Awesome knock under pressure. It was fitting that He and Gazi finished things off because these two new players have made a major difference to our cricket.

March 28, 2013, 01:09 PM
simply a better version of shak.
What a playa!!!

March 28, 2013, 01:12 PM
LOVE this kid. Just LOVE him. He's ma man!!!

March 28, 2013, 01:13 PM

March 28, 2013, 01:13 PM
nasir now averages 43+ in both ODI's and test

and also 32+ in t20s

great great strt to his career

March 28, 2013, 01:17 PM

He should continue to bail our idiots out by staying at the 5/6 position in both formats for now. He is our most important player after Shakib, and equal to Tamim. But he's far more sensible than Tamim and ice cold under pressure. Mushy was uncharacteristicly nervous this series. So we have a good group of 3 calm heads int he middle order.

March 28, 2013, 01:22 PM
Man, all those sissies in the top order look like Liliputians next to Nasir.

March 28, 2013, 01:31 PM
Mr. Finisher. :notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

Need to kick those sissies out of the team now.

March 28, 2013, 01:39 PM
He is a good player. Lets hope he natures over time and doesn't throw it away.

March 28, 2013, 01:47 PM
At the same stage of their career.....Nasir-------> Tamim+Shakib+Mushy

March 28, 2013, 01:51 PM
Our future captain folks! He should be VC instead of mullah..

March 28, 2013, 01:52 PM
NAsir is a player who exceeds anyone's expectation.

March 28, 2013, 01:59 PM
we need a player like him on whom we can depend on, but not like our VC who threw the Asia Cup from hand.

March 28, 2013, 02:05 PM
His presence of mind and focus on the job at hand is simply amazing.
Turning out to be the MVP of the team.
Well done Nasir.

Nasir is very confident about his batting capacity. Some might say that he's a bit of a cocky. I personally think that he loves a challenge in the middle of the park more than anything and that's what gives him that edge over other players. He walks in when Bangladesh is in trouble and somehow he reaches us to the shore. His calmness in highly pressured situations baffles me a great deal. What a player Bangladesh has produced.

With him in our team, along with some of our more established players, we are (if not already) fast becoming a force to reckon with.

The word on the street is "Dowra baag aytase"

March 28, 2013, 03:59 PM
He is also unfettered by what happened last time and has a casual attitude that works in his favor - cf twirling the ball in dugout. His mind is uncluttered.

Alhamdulillah! We found a REAL Finisher. I wish Shohag Gazi would also follow Shakib's footsteps, I see real potential for Gazi...

Technically Nasir should've got the MoM. I mean I see where they coming from but from 'modernist's' point of view Nasir deserves than Dullu.

March 29, 2013, 12:33 AM
He is developing into a remarkable player, who gives his best under pressure. We were short this category before.

Excellent composer.
simply a better version of shak.

Ki Koila? You don't have to down play others to praise someone. How many wickets did Nasir get again? (you did not specify batting)

Nasir and you should send a "Thank You" note to Kulasekhara.

ofcourse i meant in terms of consistancy. only nasir doing better than our most dependable shak. shak would even proud of it.
