No Nadim. As a captain you hold your long on fielder back. So that Mathew can take easy singles and get settled. Not one time but multiple times. And all this with a hot hand seeing the ball like a football can take the strike.

When a new bowler comes in, get Shahadat to "ball".
That will make it easy for everyone.
Nobody would have to move, just the guy on the boundary needs to throw the ball back to him, thats all.
