Damn, there were so many great bands in the 90s. There are still some great and talented bands though, like Nemesis, Shunno etc. BTW guys, you forgot to mention another top band in Shironamhin.

^Shironamhin's 1st album was good but after that it was all decent. Nothing too extraordinary.

I agree with all the bands mentioned. Haven't heard too much Winning much though.

Another great 90s band was Nova -- (School polatok meye, Protimar chobi etc.) Amazing vocal.

when I started listening in 1994 ... started with miles, lrb, feedback, feelings(james) and Ark (hasan).
gradually ark and feelings became the favourite. the others fade away.

then when Jibondhara of Warfaze was released Warfaze took over everybody. also Rocksatrta and aurthohin came into the scene.

later in 2001, started listening artcell, black, cryptic fate, metalmaze, Watson brothers, nemesis etc.

now days warfaze, black, ark(hasan) and nemesis dominates my playlist
nowadays, warfaze, black

Yeah I was going to say that ... Loved Shironamhin's first album... other than that like all those bands mentioned in OP.

As a kid and a teen in the 90's it was Warfaze.

however the
The best album ever has got to be "Kinkortobbobimur" by "Bangla (Anusheh, bono, arnob)"... A lot of the songs are cover, but they revived folk music and introduced it again to the new generation and the masses...

Heheheh, yeah Mufi, then after hearing Tigers-eye's Buira Bhanga Gola, public pocha deem chureche unakey at the stage~!

Tigers-eye used to sing that song to young ladies in front of Viqaroon Nesa Noon school (Shiddheshawri Golli-er morrey dariey while puffing cigarettes, whistling) with his chest buttons open (lake maastaan, shirt-er booker butaam pura khola)!! Rabz also does that now.

As a 90's kid (born 84), it has to be Warfaze (the old lineup)
Amongst the new ones "Artcell"

Beside Warfaze, as a kid we all used to love "James" . And that one album of "Miles" is what people still listens too.

Artcell wipes the floor with the rest, best rock band from subcontinent and one of the best progressive metal bands in the world, period.

Their compositions are pure class, maze-like and as eccentric as Zeeshan's English.

BTW by birth, my family and I are the khadems custodians of this sufi saint's shrine/Mausoleum for the last 730+ years. We were converted from poor hindu fishermen to poor muslim khadems.
Please if you are offended by the lyrics, content and these songs, do not take it on me. We, the Khadems of Shah Sufi Gesudaraz, Prokasshey Kolla Shahid (Ra) of Kharampur, Akhaura, Brahmanbaria take no responsibility on the artist’s choice of words, music, dancing or her song. I do not even know who she is. I do not believe that by getting blessings of the spirit of our saint Kolla baba (ra) one will be granted Jannat (paradise), only one's deed does and only our Creator, Allah knows that.

The songs videos were posted with light-hearted intention and for the musical and somewhat relation to a selective part of Bangladesh music/popular culture - the Mazaries.
