We have made 2 changes in our Moderator Team.
Sham has been changed to BanglaCricket Advisor as he can not give too much time to the board yet helps this site significantly by guiding me and Tehsin on the right direction. He will still have super moderator privillage, but will only use when he can, so he wont be designated as a moderator.
Nasif will take his place as Super Moderator. With his dedication and contribution (Fantasy Cricket, Profiles, Stat, Chat), Nasif has made a big difference for this site and we are very confident, his added responsibility will help BanglaCricket grow even stronger.

After talking to Rajputro last night, we decided that this is the best course of action fo us at the moment.
Nasif, congratulations to you. When Rajputro suggested that you take over as moderator, I couldn't think of anyone more worthy. And also, it only right that a New Yorker should get replaced by a fellow New Yorker. Best of luck t you.
To be completely honest, if there is one 'bleeping moron' on this board, its Chinaman for thinking that we'd let him go this easy. CM bhai, quite a stunt you pulled man. I think after the way Pompous had resigned for a while last year and the outpouring of love that greeted that decision, CM bhai did this just to gauge how much love we have for him. I hope you are convinced!
Anyway, I am just kidding of course. But whatever problems there were, hopefully we have sorted them out and whatever remains will get ironed out soon. This board will remain as it is, so no one need have any anxiety over that.
I have to say, it was heartening, through the reaction to Chinaman's resignation, to see just how much this site means to so many of you. However, one day someone should start a thread to show our respect and admiration for Tehsin and Rajputro. A lot of us can take credit for making this site what it is, but it all pales in comparison to their contribution. Tehsin bhai started this site and I think it is safe to say that all our lives are better because of it. But I think Tehsin bhai will agree with me that this site would never have come this far without Rajputro. So lets all say a word of thanks to the two of them.

pompous ... excellent suggestion. It's better we make the deal now before he starts billing folks hourly.

tehsin and rajputro owe me about $275,000 - that's the opportunity cost of the time I have spent on this board/site since it was a scrawny little thing on Rivals a few years back.
Congrats to Nasif and Sham - thanks to you there's yet another category of moderator!

Echoing what Rafique wrote, Raj/Tehsin then owes me millions.
May 16, 2004, 02:06 AM
Zunaid bhai apner million dollar ;)

Not to worry. I have instructed the CFO to start the paperworks. As soon as you provide me with your 'bank account info', we will have the money transfered. No sweat.
Oh, I was just told that we will also need your personal data (ahem) to verify the accounts so please mail us your passports, drivers license, green cards and 2 credit cards.

Indeed.. I remember the 'salient' days :) I just wish I had joined in earlier! Anyhow, no matter what to me (and I'm sure most will agree with me) Banglacricket will always be Tehsin and Raj's baby. Thank you guys :)
