Sumon showed again what an exceptionally poor shot selector he is, and it was doubly worse being captain. And we have seen him do this over and over again, so I really don't understand why he deserves the tag of 'Bangladesh's World Class' batsman when he is someone who clearly rides luck, not skills, in getting his runs.
Let's face it, if an occasional blazing innings were to be the criterion for best batsman, then almost all our batsmen apply. However, if consistensy, and contribution to the team are the criteria, then Pilot wins by miles. It's about time the man got the credit he deserves.
