Onekdin dhorey kuno thread khuli na, so maf koira diyen.

Amder ki adou kuno A team asey ? Jokhoni kuno BCB XI ba Bangaldeshis XI kuno practice match kheley, 90% of the team is made up of the players from the national team.

BCB seriously needs to have an A team. The board does have money to employ more players. Now, if they decide to have an A team, who should be the playing XI in this team ?

One of the main problems in our cricket bro.

No A Team, no High Performance.

These guys are simply relying on Hathurusingha and his team to deliver.

Ideally every young cricketer (From Under 19 or those who have done well in domestic cricket) should go through grueling, high intensity preparation at HP under capable coaches. Then they should be tested out with A Team cricket.

Current BCB have dismantled the entire process. Directly promoting players from Under 19, domestic cricket to NT. At the end, Hathurusingha and co get half baked players who they need to groom from scratch.

liton, shanto, afif in the middle/lower order. Abu hider, saifuddin. Nasir, nurul, zakir, anamul, saif, Sharman, ebadat, al min the bowler, al amin the batting allrounder.

There are quite a few prospects that would really benefit from A team cricket. Even mosaddek could still benefit from A team cricket, don't forget mominul, could work on his short format game and also fine tune his longer format game since he has large gaps between test matches.
